What I Want For My Fathers Day Gifts

This fathers day is just like any other fathers day. Its forgotten about and its always gonna be pale in comparison to mothers day. You all know what im talking about. The whole world makes a big deal over mothers day (and rightfully so!) but fathers day get nowhere near the kind of publicity or respect. Mothers day is the headliner at the concert and fathers day is the opening act that no one cares about.

Well, what i want for my fathers day gift is peace and quiet. Actually, i could use a new PS3 because I recently got one of those stupid ylod errors and i need it fixed but I figure I should just get a brand new one instead of paying an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Why should I pay for it? Its fathers day!

I could use another laptop because this one has been through it all. Viruses, trojans, the internet acts up a lot and doesn’t feel like connecting when it gets in a mood, and other bullsh!t has gone wrong with this stupid computer that i cant think of right now.

Every year when this day rolls around I dont really expect much and nor do I ask for a lot. But it would be nice to see the day when society shows more respect for those of us fathers who are in our kids lives. Overlooking the good fathers and making fathers day less than it is because of those fathers who choose not to take care of their own is not a good idea in my opinion. Celebrate the good dads with this day because they deserve it and give them the credit because they earned it. Now go out there and pick out some good fathers day gifts for your dad.
